    GRAPHIC DESIGNER – (M/F/D)

    We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with an eye for detail to support our creative team on a daily basis.

    The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of initiatives and campaigns for digital, social media, and print as well as develop the our brand identity and visual standards alongside our Creative Director. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing proposals and presentations, brochures and flyers, and infographics, all requiring a look and feel tailored to each project.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Creating banners, direct marketing, social media and digital marketing campaigns for product launches in-line with our brand guide
    • Creating icons and infographics
    • Supporting our Social Media Manager and Email Marketing team with any graphics for campaigns.
    • Creating branded advertising for online and print.
    • Updating and renewing our catalogues and promotional material such as postcards, brochures etc
    • Creating branded packaging
    • Designing exhibition stands and all the marketing elements related to that

      SALES MANAGER – (M/F/D)

      FREELANCE OR PART TIME | FULL TIME (w/m/d)
      The Sales Manager will work on developing the brand on a global scale whilst developing processes, strategies and also supporting in brand development and marketing.  

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • You will work in developing B2B sales strategies with a focus on Benelux and Eastern Europe as well as the US and UK
      • You will work on the acquisition of new retail partners and identifying all sales opportunities in these regions.
      • You will also work with agents in these territories where necessary and will identify the best agents, establishing contractual agreements and targets.
      • You will in some instances manage our distribution channels ensuring the distributors are hitting targets and ensuring they are doing all that is necessary to promote the brand in their regions.
      • You will be responsible for supporting retail partners, agents or distributors in rolling out merchandising in-store, supporting our retail partners to find the best solutions.
      • Your role will involve meeting with these stakeholders and presenting the Toddlekind brand and ensuring continual growth with our partners.
      • You will be responsible for annual sales targets in-line with the company’s plans.

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing desired or equivalent experience
      • 3+ years’ experience in sales
      • An interest in the baby sector.
      • Strong project management skills
      • Hubspot experience a strong advantage.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
      • Familiarity with video conferencing or ability to adapt and learn quickly
      • Strong sales & influence skills

        PRODUCT COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST (W/M/D)

        PART TIME START ASAP

        LOCATION –HESSEN, GERMANY OR WOODLANDS TX, USA

        We are looking for an ambitious, and highly structured person responsible for product compliance, in relation to standards and tests for childrens interior products worldwide.

        The position requires that you, in collaboration with the design team as well as suppliers to implement systematic security for information about product compliance, to customers as well as internally at Toddlekind. You must also, in collaboration with the operations team, prepare test plans for products, both stock items (batch control) and collection samples, to ensure the standard is complied with by suppliers and partners.

        You understand the importance of proper document management as well as good communication both internally in and in dialogue with authorities and various stakeholders.

        RESPONSIBILITIES

        • You will keep our quality management manual up to date and you will check our processes for compliance with regulatory requirements
        • Design of standard inspection and production requirements in relation to categories (toys etc.) with the creation of manuals to be followed by our suppliers.
        • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of company and product-related certification audits (including ISO 9001, GOTS, OEKO-TEX)
        • You will support and train our product development team in the implementation of certification-specific requirements
        • You grant approvals and develop suppliers with regard to certifications as well as quality and sustainability standards
        • Communication internally and internationally with suppliers, customers and service providers
        • Regularly monitor / check for updates and developments in the regulatory basis for tests etc. Specifically at EU level
        • Ensure compliance with document requirements, updating of compliance documents and if necessary preparing new ones
        • Maintaining certifications for GOTS and for all our test certifications per supplier and product
        • Define the policy for inspections - security with 3rd parties for timely inspection and handling of deviations
        • Inspection - contact with suppliers and planning of inspections, as well as preparation of documents
        • Coordination with various partners - enter into dialogue with authorities (IHK regarding labelling requirements etc), as well as handling annual inspection visits
        • Risk assessment of suppliers and various focus areas
        • Maintenance of overview for expiration of certifications

        • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably as a technician, engineer or purchaser or completed technical studies or commercial or technical training with a focus on product development and quality management
        • Training received as a quality manager.
        • Experience from similar positions, with heavy insight into or experience from production
        • Experience in being part of the design and production process
        • Experience working with various authorities and stakeholders

          The primary focus of this role will be centered around continuing to provide exemplary service to our customers whilst supporting and communication within our Team.

          RESPONSIBILITIES

          • Communicating with customers and ensuring success in Toddlekind's E-commerce channel;
          • Communication and liaising with supply chain partners regarding E-commerce matters;
          • Executing administrative tasks for E-commerce and the Head Office from time to time;
          • Assisting in the coordination of E-commerce programs/initiatives;

          • Customer Service experience ideally in E-Commerce 

          • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
