Return Policy

We want you to love your Toddlekind purchase!
Under EU law, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, including sale items.
In addition to this legal right, Toddlekind offers an extended 100-day return policy on full-price items. Please note that after the initial 14 days, sale items are excluded from this extended policy.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must:

• Be unused and in their original packaging
• Include all inserts and accessories
• Be free from signs of wear, use, or damage
  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and Toddlekind does not provide prepaid return labels.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please email hello@toddlekind.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Our team will guide you through the next steps and confirm your return authorization.
