Hassle Free Returns

We offer returns within 100 days of purchase date.

All sale items are still eligible for 100-day returns unless they fall under final sale. Return/Exchange requests must be submitted through our online Returns Form  prior to 101 days of purchase, and a Toddlekind order number must be provided in order to initiate a return.

 

What Items are Non-Returnable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items

Can the Items be Exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Kindly reach out to us at: hello@toddlekind.com.

Warranty Information 

Toddlekind products that were purchased directly on our website are eligible for a 24-month manufacturing warranty, which includes product defects not caused by customer use.

The following issues are not covered by our 24-month warranty:

  1. Entire surface peeling due to excessive water usage
  2. Damage caused by pets.
  3. Damage caused by furniture.

Filing a Complaint?

If you have received a damaged item, bought on our website, or want to file a complaint, please fill out this form.

If the product was purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the point of purchase directly.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected your refund request will be processed within 7 working days. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase.  

If your order is refused and returned to sender, a refund will be applied within 14 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees. Please email customer service at hello@toddlekind.com with any questions.
