General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts entered into with Toddlekind GmbH unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your own terms and conditions do not apply unless explicitly accepted by us.
Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. They explain who we are, how we provide our products, your rights, what to do if there is an issue, and other important details.

When we refer to “writing” in these terms, this includes emails.
2. Forming a Contract
By clicking “Complete Order,” you enter into a legally binding purchase contract. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.
If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and no charge will be made. Reasons may include product unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery limitations.
Each order receives a unique order number, please reference this in any communication with us.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on our website include statutory VAT.
Any applicable delivery costs are displayed at checkout before purchase completion.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure payment methods as shown at checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon order submission.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies unless it deprives consumers of the protection granted by their country of residence under EU law.
For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is our registered business location.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
5. Product Information
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may differ slightly due to device or monitor settings.
Sizes, weights, and dimensions have a tolerance of ± 5%.
Packaging may vary from images shown.
6. Liability
We accept unlimited liability for harm to life, body, or health caused by negligence or intent.
For other damages, we are liable only for foreseeable losses resulting from a breach of essential contractual duties.
We are not liable for minor breaches of non-essential duties.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website due to technological limitations.
7. Delivery
Delivery costs are displayed during checkout unless otherwise noted.
You will receive order and delivery details via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and can receive messages from us.
We are not liable for delays outside of our control. If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.
Failure to collect or rearrange delivery may result in additional storage or delivery charges.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you only once the goods are delivered to you or a person authorized to receive them.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Free gifts or promotional items must be returned if the associated order is returned.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at hello@toddlekind.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel. You may use our withdrawal form template, although this is not required.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
9. Use of Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data-protection laws.
Your data is used solely to:
- Process and deliver your order
- Manage payment transactions
- Communicate with you about your purchase or, with your consent, send marketing updates
We share data with third parties only where necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping partners, payment processors) or when legally required.

Toddlekind GmbH is not obligated or willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
