Limited Lifetime Warranty
All of our Toddlekind products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will without charge, replace defected parts, or items at our discretion. Shipping will also be free for the replacement products with manufacturing defects. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
The products eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your Prettier Puzzle Playmat/Playrug may not survive the teenage years (but looking after it will give an extended lifetime).
Free tile replacement for damage not under warranty.
For our Prettier Puzzle Playmats and Classic Playmats, we offer free tile replacements during the Limited Lifetime warranty period for any damage that falls outside of manufacturing defects. This is entirely at our discretion and a fee for shipping will be charged.
Two Year Warranty
Toddlekind products covered by a Two-Year Warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the first two years following purchase.
Warranty Limitation and Exclusions
This warranty is only available in the USA, European Union and the UK. Toddlekind is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches on the surface, damage from pets or furniture or improper care and water damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
Warranty Claims: How to submit a claim:

2. Follow the instructions to upload the photos, documents and add information about your claim. If you don’t have your order number please choose the option to continue without it.
3. Once you have successfully submitted your claim, we will review it and reply within 2 business days
If you've requested a replacement, we'll email you when it has been received by our Customer Service Department. This email will include information about the status of your warranty and whether it has been approved. Our typical turn-around time for warranties is 2 weeks, but time can vary based on your location and our available stock.
If you’ve requested a refund: Once your returned item is received and inspected your refund request will be processed within 7 working days. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase.
