All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, SSL encrypted and secure. Toddlekind never stores your payment information.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, we may not be able to make changes, as your order may already be processed. Please email hello@toddlekind.com for any order modifications.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on carrier transit times and your location. Delivery times may vary during peak shipping seasons or due to carrier delays.

DO YOU CHARGE VAT?

Applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
Please note that we’re unable to retroactively apply a VAT ID to an order once it has been placed.

I HAVE INCORRECT INFORMATION ON MY SHIPPING ADDRESS.

Please ensure that your full name and complete shipping address (including street name, house number, postal code, city, and country) are entered correctly at checkout.
Toddlekind cannot be held responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at the time of purchase.

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days of shipment and the address provided was correct, please contact us at hello@toddlekind.com so we can assist you in locating your package.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED.

If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective product, please stop using it immediately and contact our Customer Service team at hello@toddlekind.com.
Include your original order number and photos of the defect so we can review the issue promptly.
All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our policy regarding damaged or defective items is subject to change without notice.

If your order arrives with damaged outer packaging, please accept the delivery but contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@toddlekind.com.
Include photos of the damaged packaging and items so we can assist you promptly. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

If you notice any quality issues or defects after unpacking or using your product, please email us within 3 days of receipt and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

MY ORDER DIDN’T ARRIVE.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility), the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost once the package is received back at our warehouse.

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
Toddlekind is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend shipping to a secure location to help prevent theft.

NON-DELIVERIES

If no one is available at your address to accept delivery, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your order from a local depot.

If you do not rearrange delivery or collect your parcel within the time specified by the carrier, you may be charged for storage fees or additional delivery costs.
If we’re unable to reach you and the order is returned to us, we may cancel your order. In that case, a refund will be issued once the products are returned to us in perfect, saleable condition.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return delivery charges may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

For safety reasons, many couriers now offer contactless delivery. Once you receive your tracking details, please arrange delivery directly with the courier to ensure safe receipt of your parcel. Toddlekind cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced packages resulting from unconfirmed delivery arrangements.
