WHAT ARE YOUR PLAYMATS MADE OF?
Our Haven and Classic playmats are made from non-toxic EVA foam. EVA foam is the ideal choice for a cushiony space for little ones as it is free from BPA, phthalates, lead, and other harmful chemicals. As an added bonus, we infuse our Haven and Classic playmats with EcoPure®, an innovative organic additive that makes plastic materials biodegrade more rapidly in landfill environments. This helps reduce long-term plastic waste and supports more responsible end of life disposal. Results may vary depending on environment and waste-management systems.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love your Toddlekind purchase, but if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, in line with EU consumer protection law.
To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@toddlekind.com within 14 days of delivery, and return the item(s) to us within a further 14 days. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
We’re happy to offer an extended return period of 100 days as part of our customer satisfaction policy, however, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains your minimum legal right under EU law.
ARE TODDLEKIND PRODUCTS SAFE?
Yes! All Toddlekind products are non-toxic and rigorously tested to meet international safety standards.
Our materials are free from PVC, BPA, lead, phthalates, and formamide, and are independently certified to ASTM, CPSIA, and EN71 standards for child safety.
You can feel confident knowing every Toddlekind product is designed to be safe, gentle, and worry-free for your little ones.

DO PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes! All Toddlekind products include:
A two-year legal guarantee (required by EU law) covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Our Toddlekind manufacturer’s warranty, which matches the same two-year term and offers additional support.
If you believe your product is defective, contact us at hello@toddlekind.com with your order number, batch ID, and photos of the issue.
This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
