Returns and exchanges

Your statutory right of withdrawal, 14 days
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, for any reason. This applies to sale items as well as full-price items.
You are welcome to open your order and inspect it, as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is needed to establish its nature and function, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
To withdraw, email hello@toddlekind.com with your order number, or use our withdrawal form. Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until the goods arrive back with us or you send proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.

Our extended 100-day returns
Beyond the statutory 14 days, you have 100 days from delivery to return full-price items. Under this extended policy items must be unused, in original packaging, with all inserts and accessories, and free from signs of wear or damage. Sets and bundles must be returned complete. We refund the item price; original delivery charges are not refunded. Sale items are not covered by the extended policy. The 100-day returns don't apply to the Nook Sofa (see below).

Exchanges
Prefer a different colourway or size? Exchange for another available variant within 100 days of delivery. This does not apply to the Nook Sofa. Return postage is paid by you, and we ship your new item free. Just get in touch.

The Nook Sofa
The Nook arrives compressed and sealed. Once opened, the foam expands and can't be repacked. Your 14-day statutory right applies, opened or not. After 14 days, the Nook can be returned up to 30 days from delivery if it is still sealed in its original packaging. Because of its size, the Nook is returned by freight at your cost, estimated at up to €12 per Nook. A Nook double is returned as a pair.
Cover exchange: send back unused covers in their original bag within 100 days of delivery and we'll send another colourway, shipping on us. Return postage for the covers is paid by you.

Tumble Mat
Your 14-day statutory right applies, opened or not. After 14 days, the Tumble Mat can be returned within 100 days of delivery if it is unopened in its original packaging.

Return shipping
Return postage is paid by you on returns and exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

Faulty or incorrect items
You have statutory rights for defects for 2 years from delivery. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@toddlekind.com with your order number and photos. We reimburse your return postage on receipt of your proof of postage. Please report transport damage within 7 days of delivery so we can claim from the carrier. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Non-returnable after the 14-day statutory period
Sale items, used items, opened Nooks and opened Tumble Mats, and incomplete sets. Gift cards are not returnable.
