Returns and exchanges

Your statutory right of withdrawal, 14 days
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, for any reason. This applies to sale items as well as full-price items.
You are welcome to open your order and inspect it, as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is needed to establish its nature and function, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving your proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.

Our extended 100 day policy
Beyond the statutory 14 days we offer 100 days from purchase to return full-price items. Under this extended policy items must be unused, in original packaging, with all inserts and accessories, and free from signs of wear or damage. Sale items are not covered by the extended policy.

Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof until the refund is processed.

Non-returnable
Gift cards. Sale items after the 14 day statutory period.
