Do not use plastic covers or bags in cots, beds, strollers, or playpens; they are not toys. Always supervise children during use. Never leave a child unattended. This playmat is designed for use only on a flat, level floor surface. Do not use the playmat in cots, raised playpens, elevated play yards, or on any raised surface. The playmat may be used inside a floor-level play yard or playpen structure only when it is placed directly on the floor. Using the playmat in any elevated or suspended product can create entrapment or fall hazards. Inspect the product before each use. If you notice any signs of wear, damage, or weakness, discontinue use immediately. If the printed film separates from the foam, stop using the product, dispose of the affected tiles, and contact us.

• After cleaning floors make sure both the floor and mat are completely dry before placing the mat back

• Not suitable for high pile carpets
• When using with underfloor heating place your playmat on a felt rug pad
• Prolonged sunlight exposure may cause the surrounding floor to fade while the area under the mat stays protected
• Regularly move the mat to allow for even ageing
• Toddlekind is not liable for damage caused by moisture sunlight or improper care

Yes! All Toddlekind playmats are perfectly safe to use with underfloor heating. We suggest adding a felt rug pad underneath to protect your floors and ensure even heat distribution.

We do not recommend using our Haven and Classic playmats on medium or high pile carpet, as the uneven surface can cause the tiles to shift or separate during use. For best results, place your playmat on a flat, firm surface such as hardwood, tile, or low-pile carpet. 

At this time, we do not offer individual tiles for sale. You can purchase a single mat set, which includes 6 tiles in the Haven collection or 9 tiles in the Classic collection.
